Please help Identify company / year?

Hi! Can I get some help identifying this bottle. I've never seen the "Federal Law forbids sale..." so of course I've spent already a couple hours trying to research this bottle. I think the company mark might belong to Capstan? But just want confirmation of actual bottle producer and year it was produced. I'm reading off the bottle:

    These base markings are not going to get you to an exact date but you can bracket this date-wise based on the FEDERAL LAW... embossing. See my webpage on that topic.

    However, this bottle has the wonderful benefit of bearing its patent number. I am attaching the patent application which is dated October 6, 1936...another clue as to its date. Note also the distillery mentioned in the patent info.
