I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen this design and could point me to the direction of it's brand/maker.

    This is a modern cut class decanter with some skillful cutting. Without a makers mark, it will be darn near impossible to attribute this to anyone in particular. Look closely, there may be a very small mark within the cutting or on the base.
