Maryland Glass Corporation in Baltimore which cranked out a whole lot of cobalt blue glass for the very common Bromo Seltzer bottles...
Julian Toulouse in his Bottle Makers and Their Marks book even mentions the blue "Happiness Vases" made by this company...
