Glass bottle decorative decanter

Hi, I inherited this bottle along with others but this one has nothing at all written on it. The bottle stopper seems to be a measure also as it’s hollow. It’s a lovely bottle but I know nothing about it and would love to find out more and maybe if it’s worth selling. Thank you, Niamh in Ireland

It would be helpful to know if there is a mold seam present and whether it extends to the top of the lip. A photo of the base would be helpful.
