Beach glass bottle

I found this today on the Oregon coast. The rubber stopper is intact. Seems to have an applied neck and appears to have been molded in wood based on faint marks around the side. No other distinct markings except where the bottom looks like it was spun on something. Does anyone know where this is from or can you guess it's age and/or value?

I hate to say it but.... medical waste. This is an ampule containing some liquid medicine.
