Information needed on bottle found while diving

I would appreciate any information about MOONEE VALLEY MELBOURNE bottle with horshoe on back with enclosed racehorse.
I found this bottle under the Sorrento, Victoria, Australia pier when diving back in the 60's.
It is reasonably clear with some dirt inside. The lip has a small crack. The marble and seal are in the bottle.
The bottle is approx 23.5cm high
MV is embossed on the base

You have a "Codd soda" or mineral water bottle - the stopper was invented by Hiram Codd which dates from the later 19th century
