Interesting Cut Glass Bitter's Bottle

I was wondering if anyone else has run in to the bitters bottle I recently acquired. It is made out of zipper cut glass & is stamped sterling. The manufacturer was the Wilcox Silver Plate Co. I particularly like the figural devil head on the covered cap. Does anyone have any idea as to the age or value of this piece? Thanks so much for your help.

    The devil head stopper is great for sure - this makes me think of high proof contents...

    What makes you think bitters here? Decanter for certain..
