Hello,

I would like some help dating ans evaluation de value of a bottle. The paint in front of the bottle says :

A MIGHTY FLAVOR
CLECO
TWICE AS GOOD TWICE AS MUCH

The paint on the pack says :

Drink
CLECO
MIGHTY FLAVORS
COLA
Dr pep
ROOT BEER
ORANGE
GRAPEFRUIT
LIME RICKEY
___.___
Contents 12 fluid ounces
BERNARD BEVERAGES LIMITED
TORONTO

On the bottom of the bottle this is engraved:

REC (or G?) . APPL FOR
A. (D in a diamond form) 3
BERNARD BEVERAGES LIMITED
8
TORONTO

I have been able to identify the glassmaker mark, this is from the Dominion glass co. and have a range between 1928 and 1970 (http://www.sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/DLogoTable.pdf) I'd like to find a way to have a narrower range ans informations on the company who produced the beverages. Also if possible i would like an idea of it's worth/rarity.

Comments

  • Evidently this is a scarce item from a small company.

Definitely a question to put in front of an ACL soda collector since this is a specialty all to its own.
