Vances Elixippon Patented July 5th 1865 Havana New York - Rarity? Value? Patent medicine? Bitters?

Recent estate find. I can't seem to find any information on this bottle. It has an applied tooled top nice bubbles and a lot of seeds in the green glass. I found on the net where Havana NY is called Montour Falls now. Same area as Cornell University. I would like to know how to classify the bottle so I can list it on Ebay so if you have seen this bottle or have more information please let me know.

Is "Vances Elixippon Patented July 5th 1865 Havana New York" the exact embossing (and all the embossing) that is on the bottle?

Finding the patent info might be helpful but it very well may not be easy.
