help Identifying clear medicine bottle, fill to line, Iron cross? on bottom

I am hoping you can help me identify this medicine bottle. It has a stamped Fill to line. On the bottom it looks like an Iron cross. On the bottom bottom arm it looks like it has F.E.CO. but it is hard to see, it could also be FF or FR.

I am not familiar with this particular bottle but it may be a type of fire extinguisher. I did find a photo of a similar bottle that was marked FILL TO LINE as well as FIRE APPARATUS.

makes this case as well, however, I disagree with their suggestion that the bottle is rare.

Yup, has to be fire-related. That cross emblem is very familiar, seen as a red decal on the pickup trucks of every fireman I know.
