hi it looks more like a Wine Carafe or decanter and it looks old most likely before 1900

I associate this shape with creme de menthe. Take a trip over to ebay.com and browse using the search "menthe bottle" and you will see what I mean.

Date wise, it is a very late 19th or very early 20th century
