Found Stoneware Master Ink Bottle?

My father and I found this bottle in a river in Ontario, Canada. The only things I've seen like it are called Master Ink bottles. I wondered if anyone could confirm my guess.

    Most likely - it is in the same shape family as others that I have seen. It would be English made, 19th c.

    Usually these had pour spouts..is there evidence of one on the lip?

    The pour spout seems to have been broken off.
