Please Help - Anyone know of this Liquor Bottle?

I dug up this bottle from the bottom of a lake. It is 1 liter and it says "Liquor Bottle" on the bottom. Also on the bottom is the number 4182 & 18 5 86 - There is no writing on the bottle what so ever accept for the bottom where it says 1 Liter. See photo attached. Ive been sitting on this for years and have always wondered the history on it. Thank you very much for your help.

    Third quarter 20th century in age. This is a generically manufactured bottle that was sold in quantity to a bottler. The manufacturer mark is the V in the diamond shape; am not familiar with this mark and I do not see it listed in the Toulouse book. Unfortunately, the label would have told much of the bottle and its contents
