I would like to know what is kind of bottle this is and how old it might be

    What you have my friend is a Spanish "Porrón" - wine pitcher. Fill it full of wine and enjoy.

    Hard to tell from photo but probably not that old.

    a quick "porrón" search of closed auctions on ebay suggests there is interest in such bottles. $15 to 50 is what I am seeing, depending on the shape, style and condition.
