Identify 8" clear bottle

Found this bottle in creek bed in Austin, TX. Clear, no company logo. On the base it has (c)-17 "C" is in a circle. Number underneath is 1215. I figure it isn't old, just surprised it wasn't smashed on rocks. I would appreciate any help.

    Single seam on left and right of bottle. Go from top to bottom.
