Help dating bottle from lake bed

I found this wine bottle while snorkeling on the Madawaska River at Negeek Lake, Combermere, Ontario, Canada. Combermere was part of the logging industry in the Ottawa Valley during the 1800's. The area was populated by Irish and French Lumberjacks and Settlers from England.
Here's what I have thus far:
The bottle is 750ml
It was hand-blown in a 2-piece mold
Both bottom and side-wall thickness is irregular
It has an Applied, Tooled finish with flecks of Iron Oxide embedded in the tool marks
It has a large (5.2cm) irregular Push-Up with a smooth convex pontil, and Iron Oxide trapped in the glass.
Any ideas on how old it is?
