Early 20th century "panel medicine" bottle. Panel refers of course to the debossed flat areas on each side. Any pharmacist or medicinal company could purchase these "blanks" and apply their own labels and packaging.
Flavoring extracts also were packaged in such bottles.
Abundantly common...worth a dollar or two on a good day unless it has the original label and packaging in good condition. That is another story.
