Suntory whiskey

I found this clear glass, squarish bottle clearly marked suntory whiskey w/ other markings on the bottom. From what I have found out, this bottle started being produced in 1937. How can I find an approximate date for my bottle?The metal screw on lids are yellow, mine is tin?aluminum? old looking. Is it anything special? I don't know where to look.

    Can you provide a photo of the bottom? If you have trouble capturing the detail of the bottom, also consider making a rubbing of the bottom and scanning or photographing the rubbing.
