Is it priceless, or is it junk?

About 13 inches high, has a Utah 1896 tax stamp reading "LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION".
Made and bottled by Mission Bell Wineries, Madera, Calif.
Cellar Reserve Muscatel, apparently.

    This is a 1970s or 1980s bottle....definitely not 1896. Oh, but to have the contents :-)
