Help with old bottle or decanter please.

I purchased this at an estate sale and am unsure what it is. I know about all other types of glass but not bottles. I believe it is old as it glows the proper color under black light. It is 10" tall, has 3 seams and has a couple of air bubbles so I believe it is mold blown but am not certain. There is a nice pattern on two sides of the bottle which you can see in the pictures. The lip is 2 1/4" diameter and that too has a pattern around it. The seams go up the neck of the bottle or decanter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
