Need help identifying
I was digging in an old hotels outhouse and found a small glass vial with blue stripes that meet with a swirl on the bottom of the vial. It has a screw top. Stripes go from the top to the bottom of the bottle

I am thinking this was a perfume bottle which had a combination cap with glass applicator for dipping into the bottle.
