glass salt & pepper shakers w/numbers--please help

Can anyone tell me what these numbers stand for, maybe the era these were made, and if they are worth anything(set of salt and pepper shakers, green glass). Thank you

    The manufacturer mark is Owens Illinois. Mid 20th century.
