Go to the ImageShack web site at http://imageshack.us/

Click on the gray "Browse" button to locate an image on your computer. Find and select the image then click "Open" or "OK"

We encourage you to use the "Resize Image" option. We recommend the 600x800 size option.

Wait for the image to upload. This can take quite some time, esp. if you are uploading unedited files directly from your camera.

Select the text from the "Forum Code" text box (highlighted in orange in the image below) and copy it into your post here at this forum.
