can you tell me anything about this bottle or point me toward resource to learn about it?
This bottle is 10" tall. there appears to be a seam at the top of the neck where the mouth (thicker) is formed the artwork painted or colored glass? all around the bottle is pirate themed. Contains the Federal prohibits sale or re use embossed message. there are a few brown spots of paint or something which was dripped on it at some time in the past I scraped a little of it off without damaging the design.

The "Federal Law Forbids..." embossing tells us it was made prior to 1964 or thereabouts. The numbers on the bottom could tell us a bit more.
