Tiny bottle found in Waterford, CT. Hoping for ID

Hello, I am new here and hoping this post is ok.

My son found this bottle behind our Scout Hall in Waterford, CT.

The markings on the bottom appear to be the numbers 06 or 90, in the middle a triangle with a line or exclamation point, and a circle with possibly a check mark.

We are interested in any information you have. Age, where it was made or came from, product it may have contained, value if known.

    I am thinking this may be a food coloring or extract bottle. Unfortunately the markings on the base are not clear enough for me to identify.
