hi i was metal detecting in new orleans and dug up a black glass bottle with a k stamped on the bottom just a single k. with nothing else also i've tried to research this and found nothing. i am very anxious to find out if i have a treasure.

    I think you will find that your bottle closely resembles the popular and well-known Bitterquelle bottle. These are very common.

    Despite what the name might suggest (Bitters) it was in fact mineral water.
