GOLD SEAL MILK ? need HELP

edited June 2016 in Question and Answer
okay, well I found this ''gold seal milk'' bottle in my woods where an old house burned down I believe in the 50's not sure though. it says on one side ''western Maryland dairy'' and the other ''gold seal milk'' I did my best to show it. the last picture is next to a milk of magnesia. Oh on the bottom is says W.M.D. and the markings are (10012-20 b46) please let me know what the markings are,the value and age thanks!

  • My guess is that the WMD stands for "Western Maryland Dairy" - have seen others marked "Fairfield Western Maryland Dairy" and apparently they are pretty common. Sorry to say not much value here, but as you probably know some mid 20th century milk bottles can be quite valuable. Keep searching those woods!
