Info on tall clear vase or carafe?

I have this bottle and because of the spoon attached, I'm not quite sure of it. Any help would be appreciated.

    I would think this is for mixing drinks - unless you are serving James Bond who prefers shaken, not stirred 😁

    1958😂 I thought the same thing. As it is, the bottom seems to be from a Seagram's distiller around 1958. That is all I cam gather from it. I'm just really curious because of the spoon.
