Found this green screwed bottle with shamrock on the front?

I am trying to find the date and the manufacturer of this bottle. I don’t know if it’s that old but it seems to be of a thicker heavy glass and I’ve never come across a bottle as such.

Can you help? Please shoot away, info of any kind is welcomed.

  • The I in a circle is for the Owens-Illinois glass company.

This is a modern bottle, possibly 1970s but more likely 1980s or newer.

  • Thank you Chris, for your assistance and help on this. I think we can call this case closed. It’s a shame because I thought it would of been older however, I should of assumed 80’s when looking at the screw on top but I was so hoping for 40’s. So my enthusiasm for this to be old overwhelmed the reality of the situation, even after seeing the 81 on the bottom. 😔 oh well.

Again, thank you for your time and knowledge. 💗

  • Ive been searching for so long for someone else who has seen this. Found in the woods. No identification via Google lens or anything.

Consider that the leaf may not be a clover but rather a grape leaf or just a generic leaf. Search accordingly. This is 70s or 80s vintage, perhaps just search cheap / inexpensive wine brands and hope for a match...
