Blue bottle identification without markings

Found a small cylinder style cobalt blue bottle. Has a few bubbkes in glass. No markings at all on bottle. Sticker on bottom says "Hong Kong" and was in a silver sleeve. Unsure if aluminum or sliver perhaps... HELP!!
