Dead ends on bottle ID

Howdy all! I have been pretty successful on ID'ing most of my bottle thru internet research but have hit a dead end on two. I know one will give you a run for your money to you bottle ID'ing ninjas.

1. Clear bottle

•Exterior side marked;

Gimme (twice)

•No markings on bottom

2. Brown flask

•Exterior side;

Federal law blah blah blah (typ)

•Exterior bottom;

    Not much to say about the clear soda bottle except mid-20th century in age. There were thousands of brands by local bottlers. These are collectible but condition matters...

    The amber flask I can trace to the Calvert brand by virtue of its registration number on the base (D-126) Likely it dates to the 1950s.
