Rose colored, 6" bottle, any ideas?

I found a cute little bottle, rose in color, in a section of town dated about 1880 - 1900.. the bottle has mold seams and a circle on the bottom with a number "5" on it.. no jar/screw top mark, has round opening on top, but lip is not soft edged, is sharp edged. I've never seen anything like it.. anyone have any ideas?
