Question and Answer
Anyone know if this bottle is real or a reproduction?

It is purple and has a seam going from the bottom to the neck but not to the lip, stops about a quarter inch before the lip. Bottom has a bunch of swirl marks and an indention in the center

Can't say anything for sure without seeing photos.
Reproductions and modern imitations of this flask are abundant so the cards are stacked against this being a real 19th century original example.
To pique your interest, if the flask were real, then it could be worth upwards of 30k.
