Odd bottle find in NJ

Found pictured bottle in Cumberland County NJ and can't ID it. Have looked online and written to folks but, no one can ID it. Anyone?

    The bottle stands 7 1/2" tall with a flared lip and no seam. 3 geese are embossed on the bottle and there are no markings or numbers anywhere on the bottle. The top of the bottle appears to be what I can only refer to as having a "sanded" look as it is almost white in color.

    It is a modern decanter which has a ground mouth meant to accept a fitted stopper.

    The embossing would be referred to as "wheel engraving"
