Help ID pressed/pattern glass pattern: ribbed sides with cat and person in high relief

I have been searching for the origin, pattern name and value of this goblet/celery vase. It does not appear in pattern glass books that I have looked at. I have Googled images without success. I took it to a glass show that offered appraisals and all the gentleman could tell me is that it may be European. The bowl portion is 4.5 inches deep and the top is 3 inches in diameter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
