Whiskey bottles

Please let me know what these are if you can, hgt:1 1/2 ' 3 angle side 4 1/2' all 3 sides bottom has federal law forbids and the numbers 0-1 66-53 k inside oblong emblem and 6. 2nd one is 1' tall and round edge with curly spirals on sides. bottom has loud 2 8 either 5 or s 8 then 2. Federal law and pat 80180022 i think. I would like to know the year, the maker, and value if any. My grandson and I found them and vedry interested in knowing what they are. They both have the cork tops. Thank you for any information you can give me. I tried to upload pictures resized them but still too large.

    Here's the 2nd one that has the emblems on the sides and has the pat. # on the bottom.

    These appear to be 3rd quarter 20th century

    The FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS.... embossing points to a specific period of time and the base embossing on the one suggests 1950s or 60s. See my Federal Law Forbids web page

    No collector value but just decorative value....
