Dr Siecert Bottle

I have what appears to be a beer or bitters bottle that I would like some information about.
It is green and has bubbles in the glass. on the bottom is reads Dr siecert co bolivar.
Any info would be great.

    Perhaps J G B SIEGERT & HIJOS ?

    Round body bottle?

    If so, these are fairly common and the company produced bitters. Some bottles are marked with the word "bitters"

    Yes the bottle is round . I am pretty sure it is Siecert not siegert. The C is very clear. The bottle was recovered from the ocean off of Hilton Head SC
