Waverly Heating Supply -- Oil Dispenser

found this in an old abandoned barn out in Uxbridge,Ma ...Wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before and what the value of something like this may be

Markings say Waverly Oil Burner.

The Waverly Heating Supply Co .Boston,Ma

and its about a foot and a half tall.

    There are a lot of these oil bottles out there. I was just browsing around ebayimage and found a number, some just glass like this, others with fancy metal coverings. Collectors pay big money for the fancy ones, ie. $50-400

    Looks like they were used for storing kerosene - perhaps glass was more reliable (safer?) than tin containers.
