What is "Venetian Beverages"?

I found an old bottle thats says venetian beverages on one side, on the other side it says "bottled by coca-cola bottiling co.burlington, vermont" The bottom says "L-950" on the top middle, the the middle layer is 5 then an old halmark that i cant really read then a nuber 2 and on the bottom it just says "59"
Any ideas on the age and if or what is the value.
