E.F. Kunkel bottle of Bitter wine of Iron

I have a bottle of E.F. Kunkels Bitter Wine of iron and i cant find much info on it.It was patented in 1875 and it says it was a cure for Dyspepsia. It belonged to my grandmother.Do you have any info about this?Is it worth anything? I would appreciate anything you could tell me about this. Thank you .

    Here is a September 1876 advertisement for the product. Kills worms!
