Found bottle at old still site has art deco designs on bottle

Can anyone tell me about this who made it, age, value.
it is 5" tall 1 3/4 wide, has 4 sets of 5 lines etched in glass varying heights.
has 689 on base and what is a G in the mold by base or 9
