German Kronessenz bottle
This bottle has been passed down through my family for 2 generations now, and has just reached my hands. I would love to find out more about it.
There is foreign lettering in a spiral from the top downwards, and, as shown in the picture, it has 3 of the same marking on the top and bottom and around the back of the bottle.

Also, what is the color? Clear? Other color?
Describe the base - smooth or rough? Photo?
the letters are:
DIE KEISSERLICHEPRIVILEGIRT ALTONATIOCHEWKRONESSENTS
confusing!!!
the glass, including the base, is smooth with two seams, one either side, and the glass is thick
the markings can only be described as two back to back c's with little squares in the middle??
thanks :)

Despite the fact that several have been found in New England, I believe that this is most likely a European bottle.
