So I dug this up again in my same pit. Pieces are all dating the thirties era. It’s got the Owens insignia on the bottom appears to be a screw on top has anyone seen these before?

There's a catalog here from 1933 you might find useful. There should be numbers stamped on the bottom that tell you the mold number. Use the index to look up the mold number, and you'll find what OI designed it for.
