Pepsi Double Dot peanut shaped bottle

Hello, I am curious if anyone has come across this style Pepsi bottle or has any additional information on it. I have found only a few examples on line and not much info on it. Dug this last year in a farm dump, believe its 1940s era due to the double dot logo. Any info is appreciated.
