OLD MONASTERY BOTTLE
Hi everyone
We are new to bottle collecting and have a few that have stumped us. I say "we" because my son has started bringing home bottles from his metal detecting and treasure digs and I now have a sunroom full of them. This one is the biggest "stumper" so far. We found very little on the internet and are hoping you all can help us identify it. The bottle was found while my son was metal detecting recently. It's brown glass, says "one quart" on the back. The front seems to say "Old Monastery" with an etched (what looks to be) monastery on the front. Any information about this bottle would be appreciated. Perhaps an age and possible worth. Lighting was a factor so these pictures don't do this bottle justice. Thanks!
? We thank you in advance!

Whiskey bottle, mid 20th century. The base markings might help a bit more with regard to dating / manufacturer of bottle.

Thank you so much. I am attaching a picture of the bottom which is honestly as clear as I can get it. I don't know if this helps much with aging it. But I do appreciate your help identifying it.
Thanks Chris
I actually reached out to that company you gave me and they said it isn't there's. Back to square one. But super cool bottle even if we can't find anything about it. I did upload a picture of the bottom for further information.

suggests that there was an Old Monastery Co. in South Carolina involved in the liquor business.
