Help identifying bottle of French Cognac
My father was recently given this bottle of French Cognac as a gift from a friend. It's clearly an older bottle but I cannot find anything on the internet about it. De Payrac doesn't lead me to any results, neither does the NY-I-819 code or whatever it is on the cap. If anyone has any ideas please let me know!
It's not in the best shape and there is clearly some of the labeling missing. Thank you!
