Help identifying paint decorated decanter

Could I get some help identifying this bottle please. The only markings on it are the number 36 on the bottom of it

    In general, this is Bohemian glass, ie. made in Czechoslovakia, early 20th century. This originally had a stopper. You will find plenty of examples on eBay and elsewhere searching on this phrase.
