Clear Glass Pharmacy? Bottle looking for possible date

Hi. A friend of mine found this in an old creek bed. The clear bottle does not have a makers mark on it, but does have some numbers on the bottom 2 1/2 ounces is embossed under the lip of the bottle which makes me think it’s some sort of pharmaceutical bottle. Just looking for a possible date or what it was used for. Thanks.

    Hi

    About the best you can say is mid 20th century. You might try looking through the 1933 Owens-Illinois catalog and see if you can find a similar shape which would indicate the bottle's use.
