Can anyone tell me what this is worth?
The Jim Beam and other porcelain decanters of the 1970s are not worth much, for the most part. Like most things in the world of bottles, there are exceptions to the rule.
The best I can tell you is to browse completed auctions on eBay. For the Pennsylvania decanter, you will find many listings, but few end with actual sales. If they do sell it is in the $5-10 range.
Be sure to look at Completed auctions rather than current listings.
