Labels on fenton glass

I have been given some fenton glass items and they have the original stickers attached... some pretty ratty.
Is there value in leaving them on the glass article? or can they be removed without devaluation?

I think most collectors would agree that keeping them in place is good for value. The buyer knows that they can be easily removed.

This is especially true for auction or collection attribution - if a piece has been in a major collection and bears a sticker from an auction sale, this can be a big boost to value.
